5. Processors
The Company entrusts the following processing in order to provide the Service. Each engagement is governed by a written agreement covering the secure handling of personal data.
- Supabase — database operation (stored in the Seoul, Republic of Korea region)

6. Transfer of Personal Data Overseas
Some of the processors listed above are located outside the Republic of Korea. The items transferred and the purposes are as set out in Section 5, and transfer occurs at the time the Service is used.
When an artificial-intelligence feature is used, the content the user submits is transmitted to that provider's servers for processing. Please take care not to enter personal or sensitive information.
A user may refuse the overseas transfer. In that case, the relevant feature cannot be used.
7. Users' Rights and How to Exercise Them
A user may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal data.
After signing in, a user can review and change their notification email address and marketing consent directly in the settings page. Other requests may be sent to plunxo.support@gmail.com; the Company acts on them within 10 days of receipt.
Marketing messages can be unsubscribed without signing in, immediately, using the unsubscribe link at the foot of each message. Unsubscribing applies only to marketing messages; transactional notices such as payment outcomes continue to be sent, as they are notices required to perform the agreement.
Where a user is under 14 years of age, the consent of a legal representative is required, and the legal representative may exercise that child's rights.
8. Destruction of Personal Data
The Company destroys personal data without delay once the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
Data in electronic form is deleted by means that make recovery impossible; data printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
